Request, scope, build, launch
Four stages, in order.
- You send a request through this site and it goes to a service partner.
- The partner agrees scope with you and quotes directly.
- With access to your accounts, the partner builds the campaigns, pages and tracking you agreed.
- After your sign-off, campaigns launch and reporting starts on the schedule in your agreement.
Checklist for the first conversation
Bring what you can. Gaps are normal.
- Your goals for paid ads, in your own words
- The ad spend you are prepared to commit, and for how long
- Accounts and tools already in place
- Pages and forms in use today
- Past campaigns, including what you stopped and why
- Who will be the main contact on your side
- Anything a previous provider told you that you want checked
Data stays with your business
Campaign history, audiences, conversion data and inquiry records all belong to you. Keep them in accounts you own: the ad platforms, GA4, your tag container and your CRM. The partner should not copy customer lists out of those systems or hold them elsewhere without your written agreement. If they upload a customer list to Meta or Google for matching, ask how it is handled and who can see it. And if your forms collect phone numbers for calls or texts, the consent wording is yours to set up with your own counsel, since TCPA rules fall on the business making the contact.
Reading your reports
Ask for reports that answer a few plain questions. How much was spent on each platform and campaign? How many form fills, tracked calls or other conversions were recorded? What did each one cost? What changed since the last report, and why? The numbers should match what you see in Google Ads, Meta or GA4 when you log in yourself. Inquiry quality is something only you can judge, so tell the partner which inquiries turned into real conversations. That feedback shapes the next round of changes.
